  • The booking process is real chill. Simply reach out to me through the website, email, or WhatsApp, and let me know the type of session you're interested in. I'll guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.

    The booking fee officially puts you on my calendar, and it'a all getting so real!

    I highly recommend to book with enough advance, some dates (mostly during the summer) are very wanted.

    *The booking fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final price.

  • The booking fee includes a non-refundable €100 for couple sessions and 20% for weddings. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your photo session.

  • I recommend that your booking fee be paid as soon as possible to secure your date, ideally within 7 days. Once the fee is paid, your date will be confirmed!

  • Payments can be made with credit card via PayPal / Stripe / Bank transfer (details will be included on your invoice). If you are interested in a payment plan, I can set one up for you upon booking.

  • The duration of a photo session varies depending on the type and scope of the project. Couple sessions typically range from 1 to 1,5 hours, while brand/editorial and weddings can span several hours.

    I strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.

  • Absolutely! I believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs.

  • For location changes within a reasonable distance, there is no fee, provided you give at least 14 days' notice.  If you request a location change within 14 days of the session, additional fees may apply. However, this is subject to the photographer's availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session or wedding date, a new booking fee will be required to secure the new date.

  • I always encourage embracing all types of weather because magic can be made in any type of conditions! If weather is looking extreme and I know it may be unsafe or very uncomfortable, we can set a reschedule date (in this case, no additional fee is charged).

  • I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. My editing process typically takes 14 business days for couple photoshoots and 1 month and half for weddings, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required.

    I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations. I never alter the truth of the moment, but I remove anything unnecessary in the background and adopt my signature style which is muted, timeless and filmesque. Here I will choose whether an image calls for the warmth of the colour or the unadulterated glamour that you only get with black and white.

    You will receive an online gallery link that allows you to download your images directly to your device or computer in both high and low resolution formats. Please ensure your galleries are dowloaded as they will only be available for a limited time. Depending on the package you book, you may also receive a custom box containing prints and a USB.

  • No worries! My sessions are fun and relaxed. I will be guiding you the entire time. I tailor every session around what you love to do and shoot in locations you will feel the most comfortable. If you're having fun, that's how we get the best photos!

  • I usually do, but don't worry! I can assure you a full coverage of your day, as for me, I always give 200% of myself.

Availability

My books are open 12 months in advance. Once you reach out, I’ll send you over my booking calendar with all available dates so you can lock one in. Your booking fee is due to secure your chosen date.

Locations

I primarily shoot in Positano and the surrounding areas along the Amalfi Coast, including Praiano, Fiordo di Furore, Amalfi, Atrani, Ravello, and Sorrento. However, I’m always open to traveling further! If you have another location in mind, feel free to get in touch.

Additional travel costs will be quoted based on the location.

Terms and Conditions

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By making a booking with Amalfita, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservation Confirmation

A booking is deemed complete only upon receipt of a confirmation of acceptance from Amalfita. This confirmation will be sent automatically following the completion of the booking procedure on our website. For reservations made via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram, confirmation will be provided through the same communication channel. If you do not receive confirmation of your chosen service, it is your responsibility to contact Amalfita to request a resend of the necessary information.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure your session, a non-refundable booking fee is required. For couple sessions, the booking fee is €100, and for weddings, it is 20% of the total cost.

The booking fee covers information on preparation for the shoot, assistance in selecting a location, and other related services. In the event of rescheduling a session or wedding date, a new booking fee will be required to secure the new date or time slot. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the photoshoot. For last-minute bookings, 100% prepayment is required. Booking fees for non-refundable services are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer, with refunds only issued if the service is canceled by Amalfita. 

3.Fees

The client agrees to pay the photographer the fees outlined below, which include any applicable federal or state/provincial sales or value-added taxes. The total fee for services is structured as follows:

  • The Amalfi Coast Vintage Package or The Boat Experience: Fees vary depending on the company and services provided.

  • The Positano Sunset Beach: Starting at €450 for a 30-minute session.

  • The Positano Classic: Starting at €480 for a 1-hour session.

  • The Surprise Proposal: Starting at €480 for a 30-minute session.

Note: Prices do not include rental fees for locations, cars, or boats. The price may vary based on the chosen location, session type, season, and duration. The final amount payable may vary based on actual expenses incurred. The client agrees that the final invoice amount, which could be different from the total listed in the "Fees" section, is the final amount payable.

A fast delivery option is available for an additional €350 (7 business days). Retouching for additional photos is charged at €20 per photo. The gallery download link is available for one month; extended access costs €35 per additional month and must be prepaid.

4. Refund Policy

Cancellation: The client may cancel or reschedule the booking by providing written notice to the photographer at least 14 days before the scheduled service date ("Minimum Notice"). For Refundable Services, cancellations made with at least 14 days’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the service price.

If cancellation occurs:

  • Within 7 days of the service date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will apply.

  • Within 48 hours of the service date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price will apply. However, in case of illness, the client may submit a valid medical certificate issued by a licensed physician within 24 hours of the scheduled photoshoot. If no valid medical certificate is provided within this timeframe, the cancellation will be considered invalid, and the full service fee will remain due. If a valid medical certificate is submitted, the session may be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date, subject to the photographer’s availability.

For Non-Refundable Services, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made by the client, except in cases where Amalfita cancels the service. The booking fee remains strictly non-refundable.

Rescheduling: In the event of rescheduling, the photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the client’s new date. If the photographer cannot accommodate the new date despite reasonable efforts, the rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation, and the photographer will not be obliged to provide services on the new date. In case of a no-show, 100% of the service fee will be charged. If the client cancels, no refund will be issued unless Amalfita cancels the reservation. Amalfita reserves the right to cancel the photoshoot due to extenuating circumstances compromising client safety. In case of cancellation by the photographer, the total paid up to that moment will be refunded. Sessions are not canceled for cloudy weather; cancellations due to bad weather are only valid in cases of constant rain or severe storms. If it is not possible to reschedule due to constant bad weather or lack of availability between client and photographer, the refund will be 70 % of the total photo session price.

5. Session Duration

The duration of the session includes time allocated for outfit changes and travel between locations.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must arrive at the agreed-upon meeting point at the scheduled time. After a 10-minute waiting period, any additional waiting time will be deducted from the total session duration. Arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a “No-show,” and no alternative day or time will be offered. If a participant interrupts the shoot, no refund will be issued. Cooperation from all participants is essential for ensuring the quality of the photographs. The photographer is not responsible for the appearance of participants, including clothing, hairstyles, makeup, or other aspects. Alterations to these aspects are subject to additional charges.

7. Photographer Responsibilities

The photographer will perform the Services in a professional, timely, and safe manner, avoiding unreasonable interference with the client’s activities. All required consents will be obtained before performing the Services.

8. Artistic Release

The photographer will strive to produce Services consistent with their portfolio and will consider reasonable suggestions from the client. The client acknowledges that:

They have reviewed the photographer’s portfolio and expect the Services to be in a similar style. The photographer will use artistic judgment in providing the Services and has final say on aesthetic decisions. Disagreements with the photographer’s artistic choices are not valid grounds for termination of the Agreement or refund requests. Rejected and/or unedited material, as well as RAW files, will not be provided. Finished photographs will be delivered via a cloud storage link in JPEG format. The Sunset Beach photoshoot and The Surprise Proposal packages include a minimum of 30 photos; other packages include a minimum of 85 photos. The gallery link is available for 1 month, with extended access available for €35 per additional month, prepaid. Color differences between devices are not grounds for claims or refunds.

9. Ownership of Work

The photographer will deliver proofs within 45 days of the photo shoot. The photographer retains all rights to the Work Product. The client grants the photographer an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use any materials created during the Services for marketing, advertising, and promotion purposes, including the photographer’s portfolio, website, or social media.

10. Limited License to Client

The photographer grants the client an exclusive, limited, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Work Product for Personal Use only, provided no attribution or copyright notices are removed. “Personal Use” includes use on personal social media, in personal creations, non-commercial physical displays, and personal communications. Any commercial use requires prior written consent from the photographer.

11. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the photographer from any claims or liabilities arising from the Services or Work Product. Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance due to Force Majeure Events, and the time of performance will be extended for the duration of such conditions.

12. Failure to Deliver

The photographer is not liable for delays or undeliverable Work Product due to technological malfunctions or service interruptions beyond their control.

13. Maximum Liability

The photographer’s maximum liability for any claims related to the Services or Work Product shall not exceed the total Fees payable under this Agreement.

Web Browsing Data

Computer systems and software procedures used for website operation acquire some personal data as part of normal operation. This includes IP addresses, time of requests, and other technical details necessary for site performance and security. This data is processed for statistical purposes and to ensure site functionality and is deleted after seven days unless required for legal investigations.

Data Provided Voluntarily by Users

The voluntary submission of emails or contact forms results in the acquisition of sender details necessary for responding to inquiries.
